We are the sole and exclusive copyright owners of the Services and 99 Exhibition Content.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF CONTENT, NOR DO WE WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE FREE FROM BUGS, VIRUSES, OR INTERRUPTIONS.
Limitation of Liability:IN NO EVENT SHALL 99 Exhibition, ITS OFFICERS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED IN WRITING, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE OF ACTION IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED INDIAN RUPEES (RS 100.00).
XIV. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 99 Exhibition from any third-party claims, losses, or legal fees arising from: (i) Your Content; (ii) your unauthorized use of the Services; (iii) your violation of these Terms; or (iv) your infringement of any intellectual property rights.
XV. Termination
By You: You may delete your account at any time via your account settings or by emailing support@99exhibition.com.
By Us: We may terminate your access at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
XVI. General Terms
Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and 99 Exhibition.
Severability: If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining terms remain in full effect.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts in Delhi/New Delhi.
Statute of Limitations: Any legal action against us must commence within one (1) year after the alleged harm occurs.
XVII. Copyright Infringement (Takedown Policy)
If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please provide a written notice to us including:
Identification of the copyrighted work.
Location (URL) of the infringing material on our Platform.
Your contact information and a statement of "good faith belief."
